- Access Controls: Restrict access to sensitive Content and administrative functions based on role and necessity.
- Data Protection: Ensure that Personal Data is handled in accordance with our Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

6. MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT
Cometly reserves the right to:

7. CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATION
